That cheese is so alluring in it's little muslin wrap. I think I must love cheese more than any food. I think...I like the way you have left the chorizo to our imagination but you can still get a feel for it - all knobbly and spicy.

Man, that takes me back... While studying abroad in Madrid, my friends and I took a weekend trip to Lisboa & Sintra. We had the most amazing rolls with chouriço baked right in... They really know their breads and pastries over there. Beautiful photo.
