Red Hot and Pink Party MENU
Saturday June 5th, 2004, Fred and I had a HUGE red and pink-themed party. Below is a description of the menu I concocted to satisfy the tastebuds of my guests. Just about eveything here was homemade..

Thai Beef Salad
Fillet Mignon with horseradish cream
Red corn chips with hot homemade salsa
Meatballs in 3-Pepper Bloody Mary Sauce
Red wine mozzarella garlic ravioli with sun dried tomatoes
Tuna Tartare
Roasted peppers with garlic
Roasted red potato, red onion and Beet Salad,
Red Cabbage slaw with Basil dressing
Red onion, thyme and fontina Puff Pastry tart
Tomato Basil Salad
Serrano and copa platters with olives,
Prosciutto rolled with goat cheese, basil and sundried tomato
Little baby pink egg sandwiches,
Marguerita Watermelon
Jam puff tartlets
Mini sherry trifles
Lemon garlic prawn canapes,
Brie cranberry filo tarts
Home made rose flavoured turkish delight
Pink marble meringues with cream
Boozy Bananas with pink coconut custard and ice sprinkles
Strawberries and cherries.
Special Homemade Drinks:
Sangria
Raspberry cointreau puree (to mix with sparkling wine)
3-pepper bloody mary
