This is the first of (probably) three and a half roundups for IMBB#19 on the theme of "I Can't Believe I Ate Vegan". Food Bloggers from all over the world have taken this opportunity to prove that purely vegetable-based food, without the addition of any animal products, can be transformed into tantalizing and tasty recipes that would have even the most ardent meat eaters begging for more.
