Ah, I see that Rancho Gordo makes some chili oil too, not just beans!
Since you seem to like keeping tab on what you eat, you should check out http://www.fitday.com. I've been using it, it's kinda fascinating. Not in a eat local way, more in terms of balance of the dieat. I did not know I lacked vitamin E!

Awww - for me? You're so sweet Sam. I don't think you're crazy, it's interesting to see how well you're able to keep the commitment and what creative ideas you've come up with. Keep it up!
P.S. - I also love Rancho Gordo's ground red chile - it's hotter than most - like cayenne only more flavorful.
