    Yes, by all means. That is what we do here in the states.

    On the other hand, perhaps you can parlay this into greater fame (and fortune?). Surely there is an opportunity here — somewhere.

    When Cam asked me, last night on the way home from dinner, whethere I'd heard the news about Becks, I immediately thought of your Food Blog Award news. Even though I had, indeed, read the much-more-puzzling news about The Other Becks. It took me a full minute before I said "the one who's not Sam, you mean?"

    As one of the few Californian food bloggers who is a total football nut as well - as far as I know Sam is the closest thing to another one - I have to say that you can say what you want about the Posh bit but Becks is not a failed footballer - he's actually more than a little bit quite good. still. at the supposedly over-the-hill age of 31. And I say that as someone who LOATHES both Man U and Real Madrid. And the LA Galaxy for that matter. I see a trend here...for the food only among you please go back to your regular programming.

    LOL! You did cross my mind when I first saw the news. Hey - look on the bright side - your partner speaks better English than Victoria's (ouch!) and at least you still have the use of your facial muscles!! Oh yes, - and at least you get to EAT! :o)
