My vote is the chocolate cake. But either way, Zuni is an all-time favorite and I'm interested to hear your take on it. Do you have her cookbook? It's gorgeous, the paper is soft and heavy. (So I haven't cooked from it, so what?)

Wey hey! Joy got it right - but not before she had two guesses. From the sounds of things, looks like I am going to have to revisit Zuni over and over again for all the other desserts people are obviously in love with there.
