Tiburon Restaurants Ban Trans Fat

Tiburon restaurants are in the news today. They have banded together with The Campaign to Ban Partially Hydrogenated Oils. All of the restaurants in the city are taking part in the campaign, so now Tiburon can count itself as the first trans fat free eating destination in the country.
