Thanks for the tip on another wonderful San Francisco bakery. Must check that one out for sure when I'm up in the neighborhood. Who can resist French pastries, after all? Definitely not moi! ;)

Indeed you have the right idea. He went there a couple of times whilst he was underemployed and on both occasions failed to bring me anything at all to try. All I got were the tales of how excellent it all was. I was kinda pissed but I have recently learned that if you want something, the best idea is to go get it yourself instea dof waiting for somebody else to think of it. So I went and ordered myself a birthday tart.
