The Paper Chef is Happening this weekend...

..and I am going to be judging it.

I am not quite sure what you are all going to come up with, but let be said, I LOVE aubergines and chocolate, it's just that I just never thought of them together. But cupid works in mysterious ways, I have no doubt some delicious menus will be whipped up by all the creative food bloggers out there.

The four ingredients are:

Chocolate, Eggplant, Stale bread and Pomegranate.
