I've never seen this before your post.
ReplyDeleteMy recent meal of grits at Ubuntu was topped with agretti. Not cooked. Just tiny, thin sprigs. Looked like pine needles.

ReplyDeleteI got some from Marquita last year and I sauteed it - quite nice! Not sure about roasting though...it seems too delicate for that.
