Sam replies: "More difficult than I could ever imagine and I am only half an hour into it. I haven't even had the chance to put the kettle on yet and to think I was flirting with the idea of baking brioche! hah!

ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm projecting here and making big generalizations, but it seems as though we all wish we could eat more fruits and veggies and less carbs and meat, or cut out this or that, or go there instead of here, etc.
What's one thing you've thought about recently in regards to changing the way or what you eat?
