what's bad about that Monday, it looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteeverything *aside* from the food was bad about that Monday. Including Fred's idea to cheer ourselves up by watching a 'charming French movie' called l'Adversaire.
ReplyDeleteGOOD BLOG
ReplyDeleteI can mail you some local bay leaves.
ReplyDeleteOh! Maybe those *were* my bay leaves you used. ;)
Watch "Enchanted" for a totally dippy-fun movie, if you're in need. (Eh, Fred would probably hate it. I suspect I have horrible taste in cinema.)
Sorry to hear about your bad day. I checked out the synopsis of L'adversaire, I hadn't heard of it, but it really sounds like a cheer-me-up!
ReplyDeleteFred keeps telling me we can watch "Mr bean's Holiday" instead, but I fear I mind find that even more depressing.
ReplyDeleteI've got a bag of Rancho Gordo beans that I'm looking to cook up this weekend with some braised lamb . . . I think I'm going to swipe a few ideas from your cassoulet ingredients . . . local, of course.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all articles !
