I think it was made by Melanie Wong - it was a delcious corn based side dish. I was looking everywhere on the chowhound board this morning to see if I could find mention of it, but I either missed it else it wasnt there. I am hoping there may be some more info about it which I can link to at a later date. I really like the picture because the glasses had a blue tint which gave this pic a slightly different mood to all the other picnic pics.
