That was a great read, thank you! I have even more recipes on my "to try" list. I am a huge fan of Fuji apples these days. I don't know hwy but I love their juiciness and they cook really well too. I don't always leave a comment but I am a faithfull reader and appreciate your great work and writing.
What a huge amount of work, Sam. Brava. Me, I ran my apples through the juicer and the cider is now in the process of becoming vinegar. (On purpose! I'm letting it turn to vinegar on purpose! Not like last time, when I did it not-on-purpose, but it came out great so I'm doin' it again.)
