Porridge made from wheat berries [source Eatwell Farm], Plain Yogurt [source: St Benoit] with stewed Bramley Apple [source: Philo Apple Farm] and Toasted Almond Meal [source: Lagier Ranches], and I gave in to 2 teaspoons of cane sugar as well as some salt.
Lunch Day 7
Eggplant Soup made with local garlic, onions, lemon [sources local but not recorded], Olive Oil [source: Bariani], Eggplant [source Balakian], Roasted Chicken Broth [source: Fatted Calf/Soul Food], Parsley [source: White Crane Springs Ranch] and Open Sandwiches made with bread (as per breakfast), avocado and lime juice [source], pepper cress [source], with a side of Icicle-Radish [source] and Fatted Calf Bresaola [source].
Snacks Day 7
Apple [source, Philo Apple Farm] and Boccalone Prosciutto [source]
Dinner Day 7
Homemade Crepes Stuffed with Mushrooms in a Cream Sauce and Simple Tomato Salad containing: Home ground Whole Wheat Flour from Wheat Berries, Egg, tomatoes [source: Eatwell], Milk [source: Straus], Mushrooms [source: Far West Funghi], Guanciale [source: Fatted Calf], Olive Oil [source: Bariani], Garlic, Cream [source: Cowgirl], Parsley [source: White Crane Springs Ranch], Basil [source: Four Sisters Farm], Red Wine Vinegar [source Kimberley], Mezzo Secco Cheese [source: Vella], Butter [source Clover] and Shallot [source: Dirty Girl], Sunflower Oil [source: La Tourangelle] Salt & Pepper.

Okay, I want RECIPES. As a local SFer, How can I makes these delicious crepes too?

ReplyDeleteHi leanne - I just made regular crepes but with flour I ground myself from Eatwell's wheatberries. Then I fried some mushrooms and guanciale, but bacon would work, (local of course) and rolled itinside the crepes, put in a baking tray, stirred some grated local cheese and parsley into some local creme fraiche, spooned on top of the crepes and baked until bubbling
